With over 17 years of dedicated service at Mayo Clinic as an International Patient Coordinator, I have built a career centered on providing exceptional support to patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. As a certified medical interpreter through the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI), I ensure patients receive equitable, compassionate care by bridging language and cultural gaps with professionalism and empathy.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. This academic foundation allows me to combine strategic thinking, clinical insight, and human connection to enhance both individual patient care and broader healthcare initiatives. I’m deeply involved in advancing the patient experience through educational content, cultural competence workshops, and feedback-driven process improvements.

Beyond healthcare, I am a passionate Motivation Consultant dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. My approach is rooted in emotional intelligence, personal growth, and leadership development—providing practical strategies to overcome self-doubt, build resilience, and foster lasting transformation. I empower others to push past barriers and embrace their purpose with confidence.

My commitment to motivation and wellness is deeply personal. After a 23-year marriage ended in divorce, I chose to rebuild my life emotionally, physically, and professionally. I returned to school, earned two advanced degrees, and discovered a renewed purpose: to help women like myself prioritize self-care, break through burnout, and lead healthier, more empowered lives. I’ve faced setbacks, self-doubt, and exhaustion—and I’ve also found the strength to rise, refocus, and reclaim my voice.

My vision is to empower others, my mission is to help the community, and my motivation is my foundation. I believe in the power of healing, growth, and purpose—and I’m committed to guiding others on that journey.
